Becky Bollinger was born and raised on a dairy farm in Lebanon County, PA along with her 3 younger siblings. She attended various schools in the Cornwall-Lebanon School District for her K-12 education. Following high school, she served as a teacher for 2 years in Cherry Creek, SD.

Next, her path brought her to Faith Builders where she graduated from the Teacher Apprenticing Program in 2015. After this she taught for 10 years in the lower elementary grades at Shalom Mennonite School in Terre Hill, PA. Her desire to understand and effectively meet students with learning challenges led her to pursue a B.S. in Special Education during this season, as well as invest in various endeavors to provide Learning Support resources for teachers in Anabaptist schools. In 2026, she moved to Guys Mills, PA where she began serving at FBCS as the Resource Room Coordinator.

Becky enjoys nurturing plant life, trying her hand at a variety of stringed instruments, crocheting, strategy games, and spending time with her 8 young nieces and nephews. It is her desire to faithfully participate in the work that God is doing in the lives of students, teachers, and the broader school community.
