Administrators Conference
January 29-31, 2026
The effectiveness of our schools depends significantly on the effectiveness of the school administrator. Administrators Conference and Retreat (ACR) is a weekend to contribute to and sustain the vision and leadership skills of administrators working in educational settings. Faith Builders facilitates the conference at various off-site venues.
ACR includes several main sessions, small group sharing, times for refreshment and networking with others, and space built in for connection and idea sharing. Topics range from building a vision for Christian education to growing in leadership to practical ideas for daily school life.
Spouses are invited to attend sessions and small groups to build vision and gain practical tools to aid them in supporting their spouse in administration.
Long-term school administration brings significant pressure and responsibility. Administrators have found the event to be instrumental in sustaining vision and passion for Christian education. We appreciate the diversity of experience and perspective we have found at this event and welcome attendance from:
- New administrators seeking professional development
- Seasoned administrators seeking rest and refreshment
- Men and women. While there tends to be fewer women than men in Anabaptist school administration, we hope both men and women find that this event meets their needs.
- Anyone seeking to form relationships with other administrators who share their vision.
