Kendra Kennell is from the plains of central Illinois. Although that has always been home to her, she also spent a number of years serving in west central PA at Sharon Mennonite Bible Institute. Her love of Scripture and people grew over her time spent at SMBI. It was there that she began teaching in the classroom. One-on-one or small group conversations are still where she gravitates. She longs for other women to find joy in the journey and is passionate about older women passing on the faith to those younger women coming behind. She enjoys spending time in God’s beautiful creation, riding her bike alongside friends and family, or tending to her flower gardens. This year she is hosting teachers in her home. She is grateful for her church community at Linn Mennonite Church.
